The article on “Wiznos”, was great. Iam a Franchise owner and I’m closing my losing franchise this month. We have been completely ripped off by the Quiznos Corporation. We’ve even had a few suicides where folks couldn’t take the continuing pain. Q actually tried to launch an injunction againist the board members of TSFA for putting the suicide note on the web. The actions of Quiznos have been egregious.

Great idea —Great Concept. I think the QSR Price Wars that are going on now on my TV set are a good example of how good franchisors can abuse their franchisees and pass the savings on to the public!

What is really wonderful is that abuse of franchisees has been legalized by those who care about what is really important –money! The Congress of the United States has been said to be the biggest whore house in history, but maybe this isn’t true. It is probably more accurately the ABA!

I understand that there is a new law firm with franchise expertise, i.e. Quick, Cheatum, Moore, Hyde and Madoff!
